If you want to return one or more items purchased, follow the steps below.

We remind you that you have a 14 day deadline from the receipt of the order to activate the procedure (expired 14 days, the return will no longer be possible) and activation can take place only 24 hours after the delivery of the items purchased.

1.1
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract finalised with the Seller, without being subject to any penalties, within fourteen (14) days from the day the products purchased on www.intrecciomadeinitaly.it. are received.
It is not however possible to exchange the selected item for another one.

1.2
To withdraw from the contract, the Customer must connect to the Site www.intrecciomadeinitaly.it and open the Returns Form highlighted here. We remind you that this form will be enabled for the refund procedure only once it has been updated, after the returned goods have been delivered by the carrier.
If the Customer is not yet registered, they must register their data and contact details in order to commence the procedure for the parcel to be collected by the carrier
The Customer must therefore complete the returns form accurately and in all its parts and to send it to www.intrecciomadeinitaly.it as per the instructions.
From this moment on, the returns procedure is active and the Customer will be contacted by the carrier to collect the parcel from their home or preferred collection point.
The Customer simply needs to give the goods to the carrier’s reference person.

1.3
In the case of a return, the Customer must return the products to the Seller, delivering them to the carrier for dispatch within fourteen (14) calendar days, commencing on the day the products were received.

1.4
The Customerâ’s only onus is to answer the carrierâ’s call in order to agree on the collection of the products being returned.

1.5
If the Customer decides to use the carrier indicated by the Seller in the Returns Form, they DO NOT need to pay for delivery costs as these shall be at the expense of the Seller.
This method also makes it possible to check where each parcel is located, at any time, thus freeing the Customer from all liability in the case of loss or damage to products during transport.

1.6
If the Customer decides to use a carrier other than the one indicated by the Seller in the Returns Form, they must pay the costs to return the purchased products, which shall be at their expense.

1.7
The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in previous points 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 – is intended as correctly exercised if all the following conditions have been satisfied:

a. The Returns Procedure can be activated ONLY by filling in the Returns Form, attached here and which must be sent directly online through www.intrecciomadeinitaly.it, duly and correctly completed within fourteen (14) days from when the products are received;

b. products must not have been used, worn, washed;

c. the ID tag must still be attached to products with the single-use seal, constituting an integral part of the product;

d. products must be returned in their original packaging;

e. returned products must be delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days, effective from the day the Customer informed the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract;

f. products must not be damaged.

1.8
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph 7, the Seller will refund any amounts already collected for the purchase of products, in accordance with the methods and terms set forth.

1.9
The amounts will be refunded to the Customer as quickly as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date the Seller becomes aware that the Right of Withdrawal has been exercised. The Seller will activate the refund procedure, after checking the correct fulfilment of the terms and conditions indicated above, as described in paragraph 7.

If the methods and terms for the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal, as per letters a), e) and f) of previous paragraph 7, are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the Seller.
Within 14 days of sending the email in which the Seller informs the Customer of the non-acceptance of the return, the Customer may decide to re-acquire, at their own expense, the products in the condition in which they were returned to the Seller, having informed the Seller, in accordance with the instructions provided.
Alternatively, the Seller may keep the products, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase.

If the conditions in letters b), c) e d) of previous paragraph 1.7 are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to a full refund of the amounts already paid to the Seller.
The Customer will in fact be responsible for the reduced value of the returned products, resulting from use other than that authorised by the Seller, thus allowing the Seller to evaluate the nature and characteristics of the products themselves.
In this circumstance, a percentage between 10 and 90 percent of the amounts paid by the Customer to the Seller to purchase the returned products will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with that specifically communicated via email, by the Seller. Within 14 days of sending the email communicating the amount deducted from the refund, the Customer may decide to re-acquire, at their own expense, the products in the condition in which they were returned to the Seller, having informed the Seller, in accordance with the instructions provided.
Alternatively, the Seller may decide to keep the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted from the refund.

2.1
Dopo la restituzione dei prodotti, il Venditore provvede ai necessari accertamenti relativi alla conformità degli stessi alle condizioni e i termini indicati nel paragrafo 1.7 della sezione Diritto di Recesso.
Nel caso in cui le verifiche si concludano positivamente, il Venditore provvede a inviare al Cliente, via posta elettronica, la relativa conferma dell’accettazione dei prodotti così restituiti.

2.2
Qualunque sia la modalità di pagamento utilizzata dal cliente, il rimborso è attivato dal Venditore nel minor tempo possibile e comunque entro trenta (30) giorni dall’effettiva restituzione della merce al Venditore.
Qualora non vi sia corrispondenza tra il destinatario dei prodotti indicato nel modulo d’ordine e chi ha eseguito il pagamento delle somme dovute per il loro acquisto, il rimborso delle somme, in caso di esercizio del diritto di recesso, sarà eseguito dal Venditore, in ogni caso, nei confronti di chi ha effettuato il pagamento.

2.3
La data di valuta del riaccredito è la stessa dell’addebito; di conseguenza il Cliente non subirà alcuna perdita in termini di interessi bancari.
